- Andy sent an email re: his preference for a new building

- Can volunteers be used to do some work - legal with RDN?

- Mike suggested 4 simple questions rather than getting into
  a detailed document

- Limit of any survey would be from Aubergs in the west to
  the Little Qualicum River bridge

- Bill and Barb to distribute in mobile home park and west

- Suggested, better to carry out a quick email survey which
  will cover 96 households.

- Mike's survey suggestions to be incorporated in sn EMAIL
  survey to provide a quick assessment of community interest

- Steering committee will review the survey before distribution
  - No mention of financial costs to be in the survey

- Discussion of fund raising sites like 'GoFundMe' as a means
  to raise cash - no decision
